1/4" washers and takes two per bolt. Once you get the cover off you can slide the clutch together and sit the cover down and see how much space needs to be taken out so it won't hit.
The cover will sit fine and it won't be out of balance... been running the same thing on my brute for over a year now with an 840 that makes more power than my 820 teryx.
Though the two vendors posting will try to tell you different.
