Teryx winch mount kit - kawasaki part #tx750-018
This is what I have in my notes for winches:

I don't know if it will fit the 4000 lbs winch. I had ordered the XT40 for mine but kind of held off for a bit. Wanted to do the multi-mount set up for front and rear. Was told by salesman that the Warn XT/RT40 winches won't fit the Teryx, have to go with the 3000. Anyone put in a 4000 lbs yet??? May have to get one of Hunterworks mounts!
