That sucks, sometime I think not all of the pipes that are made are exact, I bought a HMF system and the head pipe would'nt fit in the silencer, I had to use a brake wheel cylinder hone to open it up, went thru two sets of stones before I got it to fit. At the price of the Muzzy pipe it should just about install itself, LOL! Good luck on it I'm sure you will figure it out.
