Default Aux plug-ins at back of the bed

I need to wire in a switch for aux sprayer, and I may go back to the battery area for this, however, underneath the back of the bed, in a black velco plastic bag, there are two plug in type wires for aux use.

The brown wire goes hot when the key is on.

There is a red/white wire and I can not determine what the source is on that.

Does anyone know what makes it go hot? and what the intention is for those plugs?

That is what I am thinking, however, I was just going to confirm.

Actually, I seem to remember someone already tested this and did in fact find it to be a reserse light.
