I went out last night the first time in my new teryx, had a great time except for every time i switch the 4x4 button nothing happens no noise, the 4x4 light doesnt come on in the digital dash, i tryed puting it in nutral tryed rocking back and forth tryed just about everything i could think of. -note the kawi dealer did install a horn button on the dash next to the 2x4/4x4 switch...?????? Please help me

Check the switch to make sure it's working/connections are tight. Could also be your solenoid, located on the final drive assy. Check the resistance...should be 37-43 ohms. If not, it's bad. You can also connect 12V up to the solenoid and you should hear it click. If it is clicking you can check the hoses for air flow out of the solenoid. See pic...A is with power applied to the solenoid; B is no power. If the air isn't flowing the solenoid is bad.

Thanks for your help, i found that there was a vacuum line disconected that goes to the 4x4 solenoid. Nice of the dealership to have missed that when they tested it after puting it together. I also was left stranded for a few hours that same night i went out on my first ride due to the gas tank vent line being pinched causing a vacuum in the gas tank. What a crapy first ride. I think i got everything figured out know.
