Default 09 Teryx @ Pomona Off-Road Show

Got a good look at the new EFI Teryx this past weekend (Pomona Off-Road Expo). Besides the EFI, the only real difference was the location of the electronics under the drivers seat. They swapped the positions of the battery and the fuse/CDI location, then moved it all up to just under the seat. I like the '08 location better as you can add stuff in the space where the '09 there is no space.

The sport model is nothing more than the base with coil over shocks and matching powercoated cage/front bumper.

'09 should be hittin' the showrooms late Oct...

Excellent, thanks for the clarification, I know others have asked where the electronics were relocated to

The rear looked the same to me...I wasn't able to rip the thing apart, but I'm sure there a little tweakes here and there under the hood.

So they elevated the entire electrical box area within that compartment? and switch the battery forward of the fuse block? and no extra space inside now?

Correct? Any pictures? maybe?

Yes those were moved as well. The whole idea of these changes were to improve the ability to keep dry in water xing's.

If you like the way the electronics were in the 08 then just remove the brackets and put everything back on the floor.
