Just checked mine and 2 of the different clamps for the intake Plenum were loose!!!!!!!!

That could have been costly.

Thanks for the heads up.

be sure to read up on the plenum fixes and issues,
(don't over tighten the clamps), zip tie or band clamp hold downs to name a few.

Default plenum clamps

i took off the clamps and riveted the boots to the plastic bottle and then i put the clamps back on. the angles are off on all of the boots and collars.

Mine where all fine, but from past experiences with motorcycles and atv's, these are things that should be checked very regularly, should not rely on the dealer to have done it. Where did your vent line go? Maybe I am missing mine.

top of the engine up to the plenum, you can see in the pic the nipple on the plenum where the vent tube attaches

We now have a sano fix for this plenum issue ...... This fix will offer a solid clamping surface for both of intake boots. It will not disrupt intake flow of the itnake and they are simple to install. You will not see them once they are installed and the intake plenum will not come off EVEN IF YOU TUG ON IT once these parts are installed. They will be $49.99 ...... all pre-orders will ship 4/24/2009
