Went for a ride today and during a hill climb a stick comes up through the floor board ...does anyone make a insert out of metal for the fl;oorboard like the rhino offers,that sort of worries me luckily my son wasnt with me

That must have been a preety good size sitck. I'm sure some of the aftermarket skid plates would keep that from happening.

Wow , that's pretty nasty ! Are you running the stock plastic skidplates ? My 3yr old daughter rides with me and I don't even want to think what could happen if that were us. I'm running aluminum skids right now. Sure hope that makes a difference.

Check on aluminum skid plates, they will prevent this from happening.

same thing happened to me except the stick was about 6 feet long went thru the floor hit the seat and stuck thru the seat handle. i contacted kawa about the pocket that is formed in the pan that could catch a stick like a pole vault pole. they sent me a new pan no charge but no labor and not much concern about people getting hurt
