I consider myself a pretty sharp guy but I opted to do the recall thing my self because I didnt want to trailer it back to the dealer. So I had someone pick the parts up for me and they make no sence to me.. this is not at all what i thought it would be so what Im asking is if someone that has had this done could post a pick of where these are suposed to go that would be great. I was pictureing a curved bar that attached to the rollbar and the roof lip. Thanks

Here is a pic of mine but put the in the middle instead of the outside edge's as my dealer messed up and is gonna install a second set in the right place... mine is gonna be double braced ..

Thanks for the fast responce.. My quess was that they went just to the outside of the center two ribs but it still looks like a flaky fix to me.. I think I would rather order some adele clamps and tie it into the roll bar.. Also I dont know if you notice but at idle the roof vibrates terible on the rollbar I put some good 3M rubber sticky pads on the roof ribs between the bars no more noise!

Thats where i figured they went but still looks like a hack fix to me I think it should tie into the rollbar. you could do the same thing but cleaner with some carbon fibre tape and epoxy
