how much does the 840 kit cost after all is said and done?pistons/cams/cylinders and so on?and how well does it run with the stock carbs?how many on here on running the 840 kits on a teryx?

The 840 kit with any stage cams,valve springs and the cylinders all done up ready to go will run you $1560 plus shipping. I don't like to quote HP but the one they are doing on here will have a before and after dyno runs done by Wellers Racing to give a independent reveiw next week hopfully.

1560 is the price of the kit but you will still need an ingnition and exhaust. Great kit and Mickey is really easy to deal with. I'd do it again in a heartbeat.

Labor is a whole nother issue my friend, I will talk to Weller Racing for you and get the pricing on labor for install.

Most people I sell to do their own work. Top end labor with the motor on the bench is about $400,in the car is more.

No problems over heating that I have heard. 99% of the 840's out there run stock carbs.
