The shipping department left a few hours ago but shipping just about anywhere in the US is $18-$24 Cnd. We can get an exact price for you tomorrow if you like.

PS, by the way, you will get more cooling effect from our Ultimate Water Pump kit then a bigger rad and your engine will like it much better.
Adding a larger or more core rad, basicaly keeps the coolant in the rad longer so the coolant going back into the engine is cooler, the trouble is, with the stk pump the coolant is moving so slow that it's still getting pretty hot in the engine. So now you have a much greater temperature differential from one part of the engine to another (basically from top to bottom)
Ideally you want to keep the entire engine at the same temp, now thats not really possible but the best we can do is keep the coolant at as consitant of a temp as possible throughout the engine and during different conditions, like when your on a hard WOT throttle run, then slow down through a twisty section or at the top of a dune.
That's what our water pump does.

yeah i'm deffinatly interested!! I tried calling the number earlier but no answer. How hard is it to install?? I've never really ripped into a 750 motor before i've always been a dirtbike goon and can rip apart all them motors no problem. I figured when i'm installing the new exhaust it could be a good time to go ahead and do this install too.

What time did you call, we are on Atlantic time which is 1 hour later then eastern. It can be hard to get through at times, there's only 2 phone lines and they go pretty steady, if you can't get through, leave a message and someone will call you back.
It's very easy to install, if your used to working on the Rex it takes 5-10 minutes, if your not plan for 20-30 min
Here is our instructions.

TRP. High Flow, Ultimate Water Pump Instructions

(1) Drain coolant: Remove 8mm head drain plug from water pump cover and drain coolant. It's helpful to have a short piece of 3/8-1/2 hose to put over the drain and into your drain pan. Once the hose is in place, remove the rad cap to speed up draining.
(2) Remove water pump cover, (4- 8mm head bolts)
(3) Remove the stock impeller with a 10mm socket, it is a regular right hand thread so turn counter clockwise to remove. Also, remove the two original dowel pins.
(4) Remove the water pump seal race from the stock impeller. With a small flat screwdriver, carefully lift the inner ceramic race from the inside. Once the race is out the outer rubber seal will lift out.
(5) Place the outer rubber seal in the new Ultimate impeller and carefully press the inner ceramic race into the rubber. Finger pressure is all that is needed.
(6) Clean original gasket from water pump cover and mag cover housing, use brake clean to clean cover and supplied spacer.
(7) Install new 4mm x 14mm dowels into the water pump cover. Apply a thin layer of sealer (we recommend Permatex MotoSeal 1, Ultimate grey gasket maker) to the cover side of the spacer. Install spacer over the dowels onto the waterpump cover. Note the dowels are a tight fit, you can use a small socket to tap the spacer over the dowels. Place new gasket over the dowels and onto the cover/spacer.
(8) Wet the ceramic seal race with coolant and install new Ultimate Impeller onto the shaft and install cover.
(9) Tighten drain plug and refill coolant. Add coolant slowly to prevent air pockets in system. Once full, start engine with rad cap off and run for at least 30 sec to make sure no air is left in the system. check coolant level and install rad cap. Run the engine until warm, let cool and recheck coolant level.

doesn't sound like a hard time.... I've been thinking about drainign all my fluid out and putting some better stuff in it....

what kind do you guys recommend?

I called like 5:30 my time which is central.

I prefer using Evans NPGR, if you are running in cold weather then you may want to look at the NPG+. More expensive than regular coolant but it works.

the hardest part about the water pump is removing the plastics and getting the air out of coolant system when putting it back together (witch isn't that bad besides the hood being in the way)

got mine ordered today, once I get back from vegas this weekend and decide what i'm gonna do for exhaust... i'll be installing it....

I am running Ray's High Flow Pump and have been really impressed with it. I also have his 820 kit in my Teryx. Nice motor! Raw Power!
