The gear reduction did stop the belt problems. I was just replying back to Shan about what he had replyed stating that upgrading the motor will stop the belt issues. Without the gear reduction I was still smoking belts even though I had the Fundy 820 motor behind the pedal.

31's with an 840 we're having no problems... Think we broke one but the belt never slipped of any kind just eventually broke. Highlifters latest belt if it will hold together might remedy that issue possibly. Course smoking a belt is out of the question anyway if it wants to slip that bad its best to put it in neutral rev her up and let the belt cool off and then go on about your business.

Just to let you know I am selling these now for $550,same price as Turner will sell them for if you send him your motor,$650 if you don't. I don't want any more motor work so it's $550 from me either way.

seth is selling these kits for 650....if you bring him the bike to do the whole job it 1500 bucks...not a bad price
