Default opinions on this lift

i think i am still a retard at this particular sites search function, but here is my question.
my inlaws are considering a 2" lift kit like this one:

eBay Motors: #17 KAWASAKI TERYX 2 INCH LIFT KIT by SuperATV (LKK2) (item 120342179528 end time Dec-06-08 15:03:46 PST)

i was wondering what you guys thought of it? pros/cons, etc.
i have been told that it is 1/8" thick plates

Very poor design. Those pieces will pivot as the suspension moves. This will lead to loose bolts, elongated mounting holes, and potentially cause a failure.

Agree with Thunderhawk, looks to last about 100 miles before it starts wallowing out the holes, just my 2 cents.

This one is much better,

eBay Motors: 2" Kawasaki Teryx ATV / UTV Suspension Lift Kit. (item 300272623249 end time Dec-10-08 12:59:05 PST)

Just got off the phone with XPATV and I can match that price. We changed the price on our site. Still free shipping.

inlaws put the kit on. the front fit pretty good, the rear....well they had to completely rework it. basically they said the holes and bolts just were sized wrong and a few of the dimensions were off.

I dont think I have seen a good lift for the teryx yet. Think I am going to make my own. Probably start working on it in the next two weeks if I can get everything else caught up in the shop.
