Hey there, it is very easy. Click on a members name and it will bring up a menu, click on 'Send a private message to xxxxx' Click on that, and it is just like sending an e mail

You may also go into a users profile by clicking on that members name, while in there, you will notice some tabs, click on 'Contact Info'and you will see two options, one to send a visitor message to that member, and another to send a private message to that user. Private messages are private, visitor messages can be seen by anyone that views that profile.
