Anybody live and ride here in Georgia? Would love to hear where you guys ride. There are alot of places I haven't visited yet but plan on this year.

Where at in GA are you? I hear that Durhamtown is a good place to ride, and they welcome SxS's. I live in North Florida, and the problem that I have found is that a lot of public lands don't allow anything over 50" wide. Some have gone as far as requiring that you straddle the seat to operate, it is funny that this did not come out until the RZR was introduced.

I'm near Atlanta. I've been to Durhamtown and it's really a nice place and now I hear they also have 4x4 trails and that they will be allowing UTVs on it. Might be pretty cool. Broad River is also supposed to be pretty nice but haven't been yet. Southeast is a tricky place for UTVs since most of it is woods riding. There's tons of really nice state riding areas but kinda tight. That's my only regret in giving up my quad.

That's my only problem also. I live in North Florida, and use to take the quads to the Ocala National Forest about once a month. The trails there are too tight to ride a SXS. Although I have heard that they now have a specific route that you have to take and that SXS's may be ok now. There is also a place down around Tampa Florida call Croom. But they will not allow SXS's. I am going to try Durhamtown out one weekend. I started to go about a month ago, but something came up and I had to cancel the trip. I did call ahead and they told me that SXS's are welcome. The guy said that they will be renting SXS's in the near future. From what I hear, the new 4x4 trail has rock crawling as well. The more I read into it though, it seems that you have to pay for everything at that place. Every activity has a different charge. It would be better if you could just pay one fee per person, and have access to everything. The trip could get expensive.

The trails there are plenty wide for a SxS, and there are way more than you could ride in a day. They also have a nice drag strip and some mud pits. I wasn't aware of an extra charge for the 4x4 trails though. They are more expensive than most ($30) but I have to say that the place is very nice and well maintained.

you should also check out Rocky Creek in Culloden Ga. just south of Atl. The trails are wide enough for the teryx and the price is $20 to ride. There is also a new place in Talbaton Ga. called Paradise Farms ATV. I have not been there yet but the web site they have looks like it could be another nice place to ride.

Yeah I go to Rocky Creek a good bit. I checked out Paradise's website and man it looks pretty sweet! A little closer to me as well. I'm going to plan a trip there real soon. What part of Ga. you in A-ROCK?

I live in Fayetteville about one hour north of Rocky Creek. I usually take my Brute Force 750 there to ride but now I am also taking my newly purchased Teryx.
