    I'm convinced that for what most people want to do a standard bore kit from Fundy is the way to go, they are making 15 to 20 hp more than most 840 kits. 840 Kits are held back by carbs, intakes, heads and exhaust kinda corking them up.     After seeing a pic of one i had to do it to mine, chopped 4" out front and rear, had to cut and notch the upper rear brace as well. I used about 6" of pipe to sleeve each joint. Have since ground it all smooth and painted it with some aerosol truck bed liner paint matched almost perfect.

    I am getting oil pushing up through my crank case vent hose at high RPM, Im already using syphon break bottle, It did it when it was stock and with 840 kit:confused:

    Maybe I missed it along the way but I don't think anyone ever mentioned the true cause of the Teryx and Brute blowing oil in the airbox. I might be reporting old news so forgive my ignorance if everyone but me knows this. There is a rubber tube going from a cavity in the middle of the case...
