Any decent dealer or shop can install it. It will all be basic bolt on stuff. PLUS we will have a map for the programmer that will get the tune almost SPOT ON.

I thought Mickey said that it takes more than a fuel controller to do an 840 in a FI Teryx?

Here is what Mickey said on 4-4-09.
"As of the end of the day, after many hours on the phone it comes down to this. Dragonfire is almost ready to sell their units you have seen today and IMO it will be the best for building all out power. In 2 month if you are looking for something that will work good at a better price with the stock throttle body set up Dynatek will have a programable set up,so they say. If they don't come through with it, Procom said today they will move their systems production up to number one to get it out quicker. They have built my CDI's for the past 4 years for my V-Force."

Is there something new Dasaracing that does more than just dump more fuel? I thought the ECU had to be changed to do an 840 on a FI machine??

What they have is a Power Commander for the Teryx, it will do the job fine.

Just no ignition yet and no way to get by rev limiter, just speed.

That is what I thought.
I have a Muzzy's Digi-tune sitting here on my desk ready to install next week, is that essentially the same things as a power commander if it has no ignition in the PC yet?

ABSOLUTLY NOT ........ ITS NOT EVEN CLOSE the muzzy controller is made by dobeck.

Dobeck /muzzy controller
1. cannot adjust map via lap top
2. only adjustable on a broad range via low, mid, hi
3. cannot save maps and share them
4. cannot take away fuel

Power commander
1. CAN adjust fuel curve via lap top
2. CAN adjust broadrange via low, mid, hi ...... AND .... you can add or take away fuel via lap top or pc ever 250 rpm
3. CAN save maps and share them
4. CAN take away fuel

We are working with mickey and will have maps for his kits VERY SOON. Tjis fuel controller is the industry standard in the atv and street bike FI world. They work and are MILES AND LIKES AHEAD OF THE DOBECK/Muzzy controller.

Very Interesting. I thought fuel and the ignition part was what it took to do the bore kits. Definitely interesting.
