electrical gurus needed??

i purchased some stuff for my teryx yesterday via internet and while im waiting on it to come in i wanted to get some advice ...i bought the ssv upper and lower front pods and sub box.....alpine type r speakers with a kicker sub and a alpine pdx-5 amp to power it...i also decided to use an old school alpine cd player to use.i also bought 2 odyssey pc 925 batterys to help keep everything going.and here are my questions...i know i need a battery isolator and im going to order the surefire 1315 tonight.but what else will i need to hook them up?like extra wire and what size and so on.?now after this is finished i will be on towards the cd receiver...i would really like to install it in the hole in the middle of my dash if someone made a panel to mount it..maybe they do and i havent seen it yet.or i thought about mounting it where the choke and key start is and moving that stuff lower down from where they are.any ideas would be appreciated.the amp needs #4 guage wire to run it and i was wondering if there is a fuse that may go close to the battery or just rely on the fuses in the amp?anyways...i have read and read on here in past posts trying to get the info but didnt really find the info that enlightened me.thanks in advance for any help.
