Houston We Have A Problem

Well I picked my Teryx up from having the motor built, clutch installed, etc and I get home and for some reason my front diff is leaking...I have a feeling it is the seal, but cannot understand why the leak just appeared out of nowhere, heck the machine has not been driven for how long. One thing I did notice is the e-brake was engaged when I was towing it home, but I would not think that could do anything.

Crap!!

It does seem a bit bizarre that it would just start leaking. Would the lift be creating some of the issue?

Not really sure my friend, we were kinda thinking that the seal dried out from not being driven in months and when the really got on it during the dyno run, it cracked it or something.

My pals at FST Motorsports is going to look at it tomorrow.

Stuff a tampon up it I hear that stops leaking once in a while!!!! Just put it on trailer and get to the dunes!!!!!!

Not really, I have a extra bed now, cage, ehaust, cdi etc... need to get rid of it... Thanks though I think I am done with the rig....anything else can wait...just put the rims and tires on...not the dune rims I wanted though..they are still coming....going to bed cya later

Did they dyno the Teryx? They should have took the front drive shaft out when they did it. I melted my seal and it started leaking.
