The olny things differnent from a base to LE is:

1. Digital Dash
2. Plastic Top
3. Half Windshield
4. Dump Bed

Depends on where you buy and what you can fab yourself. Dash is ~$200 not sure on the other stuff as I went with a 4-seat cage (sunbrella Top) and didn't need the dump bed. If I want a windshield I'll go to Home Depot/Lowes and buy a sheet of plexi and make one up.

I'd recommend Lexan (polycarbonate) for a windshield, as it will not crack. Cracked Plexiglas can be sharp, and I'd hate to see someone get hurt.

Thanks, not looking to do a windshield, but agree Lexian is much better. Also would insure there are rubber spacers between the windshield and cage.

about 150 for the top
150 for windshield
99.00 for cup holders
209.00 for digi-dash
120.00 for tilt kit
the only other real difference is the front shocks on the base don't have piggyback resevoirs. it still handles great!
i bought a base model and bought the top right then, i also put bed rails on and just got a 1/2 windshield , to me the dash is no big deal as i run a velcro'd gps on the dash with trip computer.
buy the base model , you won't be sorry plus, you get to customise it to suit your needs!

Personally, if it were me to do all over, I would have bought the standard. The extra 800 - 1200 dollars they want for LE is ridiculous. With the money that you save by NOT buying the LE, you can buy more (power) add ons!!! My opinion on the LE additional parts is that they suck! Windshield is POS, Digital dash - not accurate - and doesn't show that much anyway, Roof alway pours water down on you if you are in the rain or if it sits in rain. Dump bed....well my wife likes it, but I haven't used it...this is just my 2 cents worth. If and when you go to purchase...tell the dealer you want the first 20 hour service included in the sale..., and good luck! I think you'll love the machine...I do!!!
