New Desert Toyz 4seater cage

I just got my Teryx back from Cory Sappington at Desert Toyz. He built my 4seater cage, and I think it turned out great! Give him a Call if you are looking for any cage for your UTV. From BITD specs to family fun. Desert Toyz Motorsports.
I also want to thank Nick at UTV Crap for hooking me up with the PRP back seat and other goodies! And 2X Motorsports for the JPCooler, intake adaptor and filter! Thanks again guys! I have a black fabric top that will be finished this week and I am ready for the dunes!

Thanks! I like the way it turned out too with the clean lines. I agree the JP cooler is nice lots of storage for wet and dry stuff. My next big items are a Muzzy exhast, and some OMF beadlocks with a red trim ring.
I have the Amp all set for IPOD, or Sat radio but still have not figured out a speaker setup.

I would reccomend wrapping the muzzys with heat wrap that they sell, gets very hot. Melted some of my plastics over last weekend.

I would not recommend heat wrap, as it causes metal fatigue and corrosion that will kill an exhaust. A high quality header coating (like Jet-Hot) will control heat without causing damage. Jet-Hot style coatings are available from many sources. Usually, you can find a local header-coater in most major cities. Call a race car chassis shop in your area and ask them if you have a local header coater.

Thanks Waytay, I might as well have some before pictures of if all cleaned up before the carnage begins on the trail. Sorry to hear about your plastics from the exhast pipes.

Thanks for the information on the header pipes Thunderhawk. Maybey Muzzy will start coating the pipes before selling them that would be nice.

I believe (do not quote me, I will confirm tomorrow) that you can get the pipes coated straight from Muzzys, I know the newest ones I received were ceramic coated directly from them.
