Red face SETTINGS for dynatek

Hey guys, I lost my instructions for the PROGRAMMABLE dynatek cdi. What should I be set on for maximum performance. THX

Oh no, curve three is for high compression pistons or turbos.

If you bought it from us then curve four, if not then curve two is your best bet.

Most likely curve three is right for you with the high compression pistons

Well they are not considered high compression if I remember correctly. Still run 91 octane, does not require race fuel.

What setting should I be if running 100 octane?
I have the HW Dyna with the settings it shipped with, i believe the HW default setting.

Is yours the standard or programmable?

Are you running 100 octane because of piston compression or just because you like to run 100?

The programmable defaults to curve 4 that Todd puts his special curve in instead of the stock. If you don't hookup the pigtail to the CDI, it is always in curve 4. I am really happy with the Hunterworks Curve myself.

I'm curious about the 100 race gas too RedHippo

High octane fuel will hurt performance if you have no need for it, it slows combustion down.
