Sedona Ripsaws VS Moto MTC

Trying to decide on which 26" tire to get. I dont want to step up to 28's due to the power loss and having to re-clutch. Ive been told they both run close to 27" tall Ride mainly in Central NC and ride at Hatfield quite a bit. Anyone know if the MTC's are a radial like the Ripsaws are. Thought and recommendations please. I have seen quite a few people recommend the Roctanes but the tread looks like its abotu half as deep as the tires im looking at.
