Gear Shift Clunk And Beeping noise

This has been something I noticed since the day I bought my Teryx and i'm not sure if they are normal if if I should have it looked at.
First thing.......
Never owned a Kawasaki before is this particular engine supposed to have a clunk to it when shifting. Also find myself giving it a little rev to pop it into a gear sometimes.

Second thing.....
What is that annoying long extended beeping noise?? Not only when I shut it down but often while im driving.

My Teryx makes the same noises. I'm not worried about the noises after it turns off (although I would like to know what they are), but the clunking/grinding noise bothers me too

Sorry I wasn't much help.

The clunking is pretty normal but you might need to idle it down some.

The other noise is the KEBC Kawasaki Electric Brake Control. Actually the electric part is not right but I forget what it is called. Anyway, it is normal as well.

Is it possible your idle is too high? I have no grinding when putting it into gear.
