Basics

Love to look at all the tricked out and hopped up Teryx's. They definatly look awesome! Here is the question I got. I use mine for mostly trail riding with my 4 yr old and during the hunting season. Not saying I never get on it or blast sometrails or mud. The trails I do take are just wide enough for it. What I am wondering is what are some basic simple mods to do to it to get more performance out of it? Not looking to spend a fortune. Although I have realized I do need a winch. Thanks for all your help.

DYNATEK NON-PROGRAMMABLE IGNITION!!!

The absolute first and foremost bang for you buck mod you can do. Definately nothing else will give you the same results compared to your wallet! I would say an exhaust tip is a good add on for $35 but if your hunting you might want to switch in the factory to keep it as quiet as possible, not too noisy but you will notice a sound difference.

Todd,
Thanks for the help. The article pretty much answered all my questions. Any idea if you can use a 3 or 4 point harness with stock seats? A little extra help keeping the little man inside should anything happen!
Thanks
Brian

Yes you can. I am using Crow four point harness on my front seats, but I have a four seat cage with a bar to secure the shoulder belt to. The side belts mount in the stock locations.
I know UTV crap sells the stock cage harness bar for $128 for this purpose. It has eyelets welded into it to keep the belt secure and from sliding.

Enjoy.

Thanks for the help. Will have to order that bar in a month or so. Want to get a cage for it later in the future not a 4 seater but the 2 seater but that will be a ways down the road. Now I can order this and snug the little guy up. Thanks for the help everyone.
