ThunderHawk Performance Front Frame Gusset

These photos show installing my new ThunderHawk Performance Front Frame Gusset and the mods to my Steel Stick Stoppers in preparation to install my new SDR bumper and reinstall my Viper Max Winch. The stick stoppers had to be trimmed with a recip saw then smoothed out and sprayed black. I can tell a difference already with this stiffener/gusset installed, and I have not been far as my fuel pump has failed. For the price, this is a GREAT upgrade IMHO!! I also ran the rear and liked it a lot better than the Trail Logic I had before because I could get to the receiver much better with the ThunderHawk.

There are pics of the rear in this thread. http://www.teryxhq.com/forums/kawasa...our-teryx.html

I can tell that the front end is not flexing like it used to. It is a noticeable difference at speed and also crawling on my steep property. I also have the SDR 4 seat cage now that replaced the THP rear gusset and I am sure that made the machine even more rigid, but I could tell a difference immediately once we installed the front gusset.
