It is a eagle 502c . It is made lowrance , it is there sister company's model (EAGLE) . much easier to use than the lowrance . you just have to be willing to cut a big hole though you perfectly good dash . I is nice because it dose gps speed , so it is more accurate than the stock digital. It does more than enough for the average traill rider..

I use the garmin GPSMAP 60CSx. I wish the screen was a bit bigger but reception is excellent and it is a handheld mounted to the front cross bar above the hood on my 4 seat cage. I like it and I like the fact I can take it off and use it in other vehicles. You can see it mounted in these pics.

Hmmm.... I think that this is more in line to what I am looking for. I have a Jeep & the Teryx that I take out wheelin so to be able to take the GPS back & forth w/ me would be ideal

Hey DP, I notice you have a GPS and the Vapor digi dash. Is there reason to have the Vapor along with a GPS? I know the Vapor has a tach, but what other reason is there to have both?

Just wondering because My wife bought me a Lowrance XOG for my birthday and I'm wondering if I should put where my idiots lights are, or find another place for it and get the Vapor too...

Well the Vapor does provide engine temp and eninge RPMs if that if of interest to you. Honestly, the Vapor was already installed prior to me considering the Lowrance. I think if I had to redo it, I would eliminate the Vapor and just do the GPS.

This is a billet mount by Vent Racing for the Garmin Nuvi 500, pretty cool little setup!

Cool, that's the info I was looking for. I think I'll mount my XOG where my idiot lights are then and skip the Vapor.

That's a nice billet piece for the Garmin - they make one for the Lowrance?
