Thumbs up Hey Megellan

Just wanted to say thanks for taking the time and making the clutch install videos. After watching them it made the job so easy to do. It was like I had already done it once before and knew what I was doing….lol.

If anyone is considering doing a clutch kit I recommend watching these videos. I’m a retired auto tech and watching them before hand made the job that much easier. Even if you have limited mechanical experience these videos will really help you get the job done in no time.

Thanks again,
Mark.

Seems to work well. Only drove it a few miles and now have the exhaust off for wraping. Should be all done in a couple of hours and I’ll probably take it out for a run after and put it thru the test.

Thanks again for the clutch tool, I couldn’t have done the job without it.

Not taking any chances this time. Even after wrapping the exhaust and replacing the plastic side cover with a metal one from Muzzy. I thought I would do a little extra and wrap some of the wires and sensors.

The exhaust wrap seems to be working great. Ran it for a half an hour and could almost hold my hand around the exhaust……almost!

You are VERY welcome. I hope to do a Muzzy's ehaust system install vid on an 09 very soon, just waiting on some test quiet cores from Muzzy's.

I am extremely happy to hear positive feedback like this and I hope Dale sees it as well. The kit is so easy to install, I wish I had done it much sooner. Saving up some $$ now to get the Dalton setup for my wife's 09. May take a little while, things are pretty slow in my work. I also used DEI adhesive wrap and sleeving on the wires near front headpipe #2 and the union of front headpipe #2 and the Rear Headpipe #2/collector as well. I think those two plugs signal reverse and neutral on the dash, but not sure. the extra protection definitely does not hurt especially during the jetting process where things can heat up pretty good when you are getting a baseline with the smaller jets before moving to larger jets.
