I don't have sport shocks but wonder if you can clear the shocks by bolting them 180 degrees so resevoir is on other side?

Okay... So I got the shocks in place and tried to adjust the brackets as much as possible and as even as possible, but my reservoirs are still hitting the housing on the the back of the headlights. It shouldn't rub a hole or break that housing should it?????? That part of the shock should not move. All I can say is Extreme needs to bring in that top hole just a little bit. By doing that it will take a little of the lift away from the front (which I don't think would hurt). All in all I am surprised at how much 2 inch lift makes to the Teryx. Now I just hope it will fit in my enclosed trailer I need to go with bigger tires now. My little 26 x 9 x 14 look like pizza cutters

I just found out there is a different lift for a 09. I wish they would have told me. I need to check it out today.

I am sure you can get the upgraded parts for free.

So if you have an 08 and are going to put aftermarket shocks with Resevoirs on do you need the 09 kit Todd?

JUST so everyone knows!!!!!! I just got off the phone with Joe at Extreme lifts and what a great guy!!!! He was very informative and there is a new kit for the 09's however it is not for the front brackets. The only way to make it work is to turn the piggy backs to the inside. Just so everyone knows it is the kit #XTK735 is for 08's and UP!!!!!! There is an old kit that was just for the 08's but they have almost converted all their kits to accommodate BOTH years.

I will get some pics posted as soon as I can find my camera!!!!!!!!

You could use both kits but most of all the kits that are avail now are good for both years. Just remember that you have to put the piggy backs on the inside!!!!!!!!!
