Bed Delete Stress Test

Pretty sure it will hold plenty of "12 ounce kids"...

We hung the fenders and will fab up the rear light braces tomorrow...also need to re-engineer the tail gate cover but thats a minor detail...

Looks good.
Is the bed sitting on 2x4s between the bed and the saw horses? Good stress test with you on it and no flexing.

Actually those are the hat sections that will mount to the frame rails...so if you picture the horses as the frame rails on the Teryx? Then the hat sections mount on them and then the bed to that...and those hat sections are 1" thick so they take the place of your bed frame work perfectly...your bed will line up exactly where it is now...and be 70lbs lighter!...

I don't see why not...I would work on a price for lining but then I would have to assemble it and I wanted to keep it modular to cut down on the shipping costs...I'm pretty sure we will be powder coating them eventually...

Not with this version...I am calling it a bed delete to avoid any legal ramifications that may come with calling it a bed...so in theory it is only used to support your fenders...

That doesn't mean some clever guy might be able to make the tailgate work on his own...

65 thousandths 5052 Aluminum...pretty damn strong once you put some strategically placed bends in it...

We will be selling these at a insane deal for the first 10 people to PM me...so get your name on the list as we hope to have the first bunch shipped shortly...
