[QUOTE=codyo;17804]Thinking of getting a muzzy

I prefer Hunterworks! Just because of all the dyno work and the other stuff to prove the Muzzy was the best exhaust for the Teryx. However, I have bought from UTV CRAP and Hunterworks and have been very happy with BOTH!!!!! I would dare to say anyone that is a supporting Vendor is going to be good to buy from!!!!!!!

I took a few of pictures during my install. Not a difficult install as long as you take you time and remove the bed & skid plate.

Hunterworks is where I got mine.

Great photos Crowdog!!

Your 09 is going to differ a little bit from the photos in that it does not have the upper frame heat shield and only has one exhaust bung on the rear headpipe number 2 collector. On the 09 you should not have to remove your bed. You will as described have to remove your bottom skid plate. You may also want to go ahead and use the copper high temp RTV on the joints when you put it all together just to ensure absolutely no leaks.

I just installed an 08 muzzy dual exhaust on my 09 and had no trouble, make sure you loosely install the heat shield on the front pipe before installing pipe, I used existing gaskets on mine with only about 25 miles on the teryx. takes longer pulling out all the body parts to get to exhaust, I left my bed on also and took me 4 hrs. from coffee @ 8:00 a.m. to B.L. @ noon! stock exhaust always got so hot it looked like it would melt! after the exhaust is on the other parts go on so fast you'll think you forgot something!!

I don't know over the aluminum, I got the stainless and they seem to weigh about the same or little less than stock muffler.
