engine fan won't turn off?

I went and rode a couple hours and it cycled like normal. I loaded it on the trailer and turned it off, the fan was running. Still running and it has been off for 2 hrs. Any ideas?

Hard to say ... this is why we are offering a killer temp gauge kit. The kit will come with a switch that will allow you to turn on the fan at any time. Plus the switch will have a light so when the fan comes on the light will also come on. It should be all done in about 3 weeks.

run, don't walk directly back to your dealer, there is deffinately something wrong with the sensor or fan. Either way it will be covered under warranty.

Dasa said in an earlier post that it "yes" is still temp control, major advantage that you can leave the fan run longer if you so desire, just because you turn the switch off...it won't interfer with normal operation of being temp control.

EXACTLY ....... When the switch is in the off position the fan will operate as it does stock. Then you have the ability to turn the fan on at any time. For now i would say take it to the dealer forsure and make sre the fan is operating correctly.

Also remembered and earlier post...(?can't find it?) someone had said the relay had got wet and stuck on, sounds like it is in the relay though.

Try checking to make sure all the connections to the fan are still connected we have seen a couple new teryxs straight from the factory with some connections to the radiator loose
