new 09 blue le

hi i have a blue 09 le with 26 inch bighorns ah 14 inch ss 112 wheels.i love my teryx except for the loud noise coming from the rearend sounds like it is coming out.only have 6 hours on it.went riding with my mom and dad today and they could hear it.does it worse when its in low range going down hills
around the 2 or 3 mph and like when you give it gas going over obstacles
pretty annoying.only grip i have so far from it.im new to kawi so is this normal.i have read on hear about gear backlash does this sound like thats all it is.any help will be appreciated

i took my kebc off,unplugged the motor and took out the fork and seems to have fixed it!

It IS normal. If you ride trails there is nobody who makes a good set of sliders that I can find. I had to get the FST ones then get a welding shop to modify them to fit like they need to. Thread is here. ---> http://www.teryxhq.com/forums/kawasa...installed.html


If you find someone who makes bolt and go, please let me know, I need a set for my 09 and I don't want to put 600.00 in them like I had to do these... DOH!!

Nice ride! that sound is normal, i'm going to try the kebc disconnect when i finish my dalton clutch kit install, just waiting on my severe duty belt, hope these belts are good, I stretched my stocker beyond adjustibility in 3 hard rides. I'll post back with results in week or two.

09 teryx blue, self made diamond plate alluminum top, muzzy exh., mamoth i pod speekers, 27" bighorns on itp 212 wheels, bed rails,fender flares, hurst shifter, dalton clutch kit and overdrive cover.
