I'd take it right back to the dealer you bought it from. Hope you got the extended warranty.

It would take some troubleshooting of the EFI to figure it out but might be something simple like a bad ECU.

i second todd with having the efi checked out. if you have a clean air filter and you are getting fuel to the t/b's, then it sounds like a ecu issue, especially with the fi and belt lights coming on for no reason. sorry i am not to much help

The FI light flashes because it set a code.
The belt indicator came on because the ECU said the belt was slipping whether it was or not and it runs bad then.

Sounds like its having a fuel issue. I bet you will find some debris stuck in the fuel line and its not getting the right amount of fuel or fuel pressure. Could be something that was in a gas can that got dumped in or something already in the tank. I have seen many Rhinos with plactic debris in the tank that wasn't removed during assembly but I have yet to see a Teryx with the problem.

Yeah i agree something just aint right. i have a 09 and have not had any troubles like that. i went out one day to start mine and the key would not turn. So i lubed the key hole, changed and flipped the key around and had no luck,so my teryx is at the dealer right now just before the shity 6 month warranty runs out. I do not think they offer a long enough warranty on any of these UTV's since we do not ride them every day. i have only 25 hrs on mine and the warranty will expire in about 1 or 2 weeks.
