We have seen alot of issues with sand and crap getting into the engine. We have 2 parts out to fix these issues .....

1. Our filter kit....... it will offer a solid clamping surface for the air filter. The stock filter does not bolt or clamp on. It can pull right off.

2. Our intake plenum rings .... this is for the 2008 only.

Once you install our parts you will not have any intake issues.

Yes it is a K&N style filter. It is fully washable.

Here is the complete kit

This shows you that nothing is holding the filter on. It can just peel back.

Here is our filter next to the stock filter. Ours is bigger and has a larger mounting surface. It then is channled through the velocity stack into the plenum.

Here is the billet adaptor installed.

This is the best set up I have ever done. It is just like a snorkel. I didnt put the air intake up under the roof to keep water out. I did it to suck clean air instead of that dusty air that gets pulled in the cab from the back. Have not had one issue since this was done. Got the K&n filter from summit racing, the rest from a hardware store. Removed the stock air box and went all the way with pvc. Hope this helps.
