So, is this kit totally sealed and water proof?

I do a lot of creek running and mudding, and would hate to destroy a $1000 mod!

The unit is actually mount up in that wiring channel under the hood...if there you getting that wet, you are getting everything under there wet The unit is supposed to be sealed, however, there are some plugs that may not be water tight...might want to check with them.

It is a great unit, a night and day difference.

Thanks, I will check with them. I didn't realize it's mounted up high and somewhat protected.

I got my first brain box on my 08 wet and it failed. At the advice from Todd at Hunterworks I sealed the new replacement box and it was still working great when I sold the 08. My 09 I also sealed with Liquid electrical tape after cleaning it with denatured alcohol and it is working great. I use Dielectric grease on the plugs, actually most all the plugs on my machine have been loaded with it.

Here is the video showing me splashing down through a stream that wet and toasted my first brain box. You can get water up there. It is at the beginning of this video.
