I have a Garmin Colorado GPS unit that I would really like to utilize more while riding. The windshield mount I use in the truck is pretty much useless because it comes off at the first bump. Right now I'm pluggin git in and laying it in the cup holder. Don't like that a bit. I'd like to have it within a few inches of the 12-volt phug on the dash. You guys know of any products that will fit the bill?

I recommend the Ram Mount which attaches to the roll cage. It works for me: RAM Mounting Systems, Inc.
2X Ram mount. I bought multiple brackets so I can use it on my quad or move it to the Teryx. I also have the windshield mount if i want to use it in the car.
