08 carb questions?

recently i installed a muzzys exhaust on my 08 buggy with a dynojet kit and it seems to run fine except for a few minor problems.after riding up an steady hill like at 1/4 throttle and then come to a stop at the top on the level it will quit if i dont pat the gas a little.i can restart it and blip the throttle once and then it will idle fine.any ideas?

I really don't know but what are you doing riding around at 1/4 throttle. There is two positions, closed and Wide open!!

Only thing I can think of is a high level of vacuum going up hill and the fuel is getting sucked thru main jet and the load on the engine is using the fuel. When you get to the top and the load is off there is some extra fuel in the system and then it just dies from being too rich. Blipping the throttle allowing more air in and burns the excess fuel and everything is back to normal.

This is just a guess though.

It works fine but I would probably leave out the aluminum back plate that allows you to read Teryx in the bumper.
