Always bad luck

Well, 20 miles in on the new ride. Went out to get bro's tree stands (loggers coming in, sigh) and somewhere along the way, picked up a stick and my rear cv boot is toast.
so, what cv guards are the choice out there? Being new to sxs's, I just want people's opinions. Steel? aluminum? Brand?
Went to hunterworks and looked around a bit..but jusy turning to other teryx riders for input.

Thanks everyone!

I put on steel guards made by extreme metal products. Steel is much easier for me to work with if I need to fix, change or mod.I have not tore up a boot yet.
On my brute force I had all aluminum a arm guards & belly pan. They are now bent up a lot from logs & rocks. When changing oil I pound & pry to get the belly pan back on.I'm sure steel would be tougher as it is more rigid than aluminum. crow

I like aluminum but it depends on how thick they are and what they cover.

The ones we sell are kinda pricey but work great.
