I have stock wheels/tires with no lift and it will start bogging down around 10-12". I leave the locker off so that I can use it to pull me out when I do get stuck (and essentially find my snow depth limits that way).

We had 8-10" a few weeks ago and I could go about anywhere. I recommend throwing a couple shovels in the back cause you will eventually need them if you start taking on the big drifts.

Only about 6 inches but it was up a pretty good hill. Mine is still completely stock (for now), and I was impressed how the stock tires were grabbing. I didnt lock it up nor use low (havent used low yet for anything). Dont get alot of seat time but it is always a good time when I do. Waiting for the big snow to hit so I can plow with it. Should work good I think...

it doesnt snow here in vegas much, but here are some pics from last year when it actually did snow by the house here. snow was up to the bottom of the floorboards in some places. 4wd high and no locker was fine all day long...

Excellent advice . Snow causes alot of drag on the belt. Watch out for those drifts and remember your driving a 1300 lbs + machine. You probably won't be pushing it out of the drift when your sitting on you skidplates . Trust me on this one.

Reminds me of the good old days when everyone in the nieghborhood showed up and we'd be out riding till 2 or 3 in the morning.
Why is it I'm the oldest and the only one that still wants to go play ?
