Warning....be careful

did not want to write this but i had some work done by long travel industries in anaheim and it was the worst decision i ever did. they gave me the run around, lied to me and in general were very unpleasent to deal with. so im not saying dont do business with them but be aware you might have a few problems with them. this is just a warning to people out there.

Shouldn't you be a little more specific about what happened before you come on here with 2 posts and flame a business. I have no affiliation with Long Travel Industries nor have I done any business with them. I'm just saying.

spill your guts!
It doesn't matter how many posts you have posted here. So your new to this forum. Your getting screwed by a shop doesn't only have creditibilty if you have a "high post count" on a forum. Let everyone know what happened and anyone that was thinking of having that shop do work for them can make the decision to use them or not. Let me know if we have a "post count" meter reading that must be met before I can post a bad experience I may have had with a shop or vendor. Uh-oh, I probably missed that months ago!

Brain at LTI is a good guy. Did you give them a chance to make things right before blasting someone on the internet.

So if a shop is very unfriendly, hard to work with and has totally done you wrong, you are suppose to give them another chance to screw you over before you bash them on a forum. After one good screw over I would think that would be enough, to heck with any second chances.

I think if the situation was righted, he would not be here posting. Weezie, did you get down on your hands and knees and beg him to please not lie to you and treat you like a piece of sh$t? I hope you know that you are lucky that he allowed you to buy his parts and pay his labor. You know that don't you? You know that right?

We dont even know the story ..... thats the issue IMO. There are 3 sides to every story. So now as we dont Even know what happend people think LTI is in the wrong and screwed soemone. IMO .... if you are going to make a post or thread like this one you should just SPILL THE BEANS in the first place or dont post it at all. So easy to bad mouth people on the forums these days.

I know Brian and have known him for awhile now...I have never heard anything bad about his business practices...nor has he ever treated me unfairly as both a vendor and a customer...and that's MY experience with LTI to date...

I'd like to see where this thread goes...
