Bad service

On 5-4-10 I ordered a Teryx rear bed rack from Side by Side Sports and on 6-30-10 one of the support brackets broke. I had to have the bracket welded as not to ruin the 4th of July campout. When I returned home I contacted side by side sports via e-mail and was informed to contact Super ATV as that's who they got the product from. I contacted them via e-mail but got no response from them so I called them and spoke to Rodney as Casey was on vacation. I was told that he would look into it and get back with me. That never happened. A week later I called again and spoke with Casey and he said that they could pay me back for the welding or replace the bracket. Not a solution as far as I was concerned but said just send me what it cost to have the bracket repaired. He said that it would have to come from side by side as that is who I purchased it from and that they would credit my credit card. That never happened. Just after the Labor day weekend and nothing from either party I called side by side and spoke with Brad and he said that he had spoken with Casey and that they would send a check out to me. Still no check, welded broken part and no new replacement part. Guess they just say screw the customer as we have your money.

This is side by side sports and not side x side customs right? because I have never heard anything but good from Endi at side x side, He was great with me but just wanted to make sure everyone understands the difference, sorry for your troubles and hope it works out for you, I have never dealt with side by side sports so I can't say good or bad but thats why when I find a vendor that really goes the extra mile for you sometimes price is second to service, thats why sometimes you find out why something might cost a dollar or to more. When I am taken care of by a vendor I don't forget it and always try to inform everyone on my service.

I've seen two long travel kits super atv built and it looks like their fab guy forgot his welding hood and he just closed his eyes to weld. The welds were sub par to say the least, their tires are..... well chinese and quality is just not very good at all from the 10 sets of tires I have seen to the two long travel kits . Very poor quality and cheaply built

I ordered HID lights from Side by Side Sports last year. No mention of them being on backorder when I ordered. They did not answer their phone and it took 5 or 6 weeks for me to get them. Needless to say I was not happy and will not do business with them again.

On the other hand Side by Side Customs (Endi) is great. Endi is up late most nights and has answered my phone calls well past any business normal hours. He also met me at a gas station to personally deliver some stuff I bought even though it was out of his way. (I live about 1 1/2hrs from him.)
