how many miles to a tank?

on a 2010 stock machine how many miles to a tank can I expect on a long ride? I have a msd coming so will that affect it too? better or worse milage with it? all just normal driving.

On average I would say 100 miles per tank. I have been on rides where it was closer to 85 miles on a tank and other rides where I traveled closer to 120 miles. I do have a std bore with larger throttle bodies and injectors. What seems to affect it the most is my right foot!!

Depends on where your riding. Slow technical trails you will only get about 70 miles. Cruisin on gravel roads around 100. That has been my experience.

gas milage

09 Sport: I get about 11 mpg riding in Badlands with lots of ups and downs.

At Windrock my gauge is flashing empty on my 09 at around 50 - 60 miles depending on how fast Rusty is riding in front of me in his 08.

I can get around 87 miles before the the last bar starts flashing. So 100 miles sounds about right.
