Just bought 2011, anysuggestions on ideas to Bullet-Proof

I just bought my first Teryx, a 2011, Camo, FI, LE. Rode it for a few hours Saturday and LOVED it!! Had a 2005 Sportsman 500 and still have a Polaris Scrambler 400 2 stroke and a Honda Recon 250. Wanting to know of any simple/affordable things to do with/to it to make it last longer. ex; dielectric lube plugs, simple snorkel etc.

Thanks in advance.

Get rid of stock filter, get a clamp on style as dirty air slips by the stock one.

Don't ease on the gas, step on it and go. Makes the belt last longer.

Don't get water or dirt in the oil

Leave it in the garage and never drive it. That's the only way to "bullet proof" the machine. If you are gonna play in the mud and water snorkel the CVT for sure and maybe even the intake. Snorkels are always cheaper than motors!

For sure on the CVT Snorkel!!!! Kawi made the Teryx pretty thirsty. When you in any water, she'll take a drink. Wet belt SUCKS! x 10

Rock guards or "Nerf" bars would be nice. My plastic is getting pretty beat up on the passenger side.

I put PVC pipe on my axles to keep the grass from winding too tight on them. I drive in lots of swamp though.

Will post pic's this weekend. Lovin the advice. I have a couple pretty nice Mud Holes on my property that two wheel only jeeps got hung up in. The T-rex putted right thru them like it was nothing. Have read the manual that came with it and saw a liitle about the belt housing. Any pinters on Snorkeling CVT and breather? Did someone say there was a kit available?
Any suggestions on an affordable Winch?
