09 Dust vacuum

So has anyone made a dust liner for gaps between the dump bed and the cab? We went on a good ride last weekend in a lot of dust. It seemed a lot more dust was sucked into the cab than I had anticipated. Everyother vender makes an aftermarket kit but Kawasaki. Went to the dealer and they were worthless. Nothing has changed from the 09 to the 12 so the issue is still there. Any ideas or work arounds that someone has done? thx

I was thinking the same thing as Todd I am sure about the windshield, usually the 1/2 windshield is not too bad but the full windshield is usually notorious for rolling dust in the cab, I have not seen one for a Teryx but I bought a roof from Todd at Hunterworks about 5 years ago for my Rhino that had air tunnels on the top that forced air right straight down the back of the cab that keep the dust out and it worked great on the dust issue on the Rhino, do you still have that kind of roof Todd?

No such roof anymore.

The half windshield is just as hot and just as dusty as the full. In warmer months run without it

I made a liner out of a piece of erosion cloth and taped in place using black scotch brand duct tape,it has stayed in place and helps alot with the dust.

I actually went to the local farm store and picked up a truck mud flap for 11 bucks. Cut it in two and wedged it between the bed and the seats. Worked good. I will also try some rags. thanks for the input

Lift up your windshield a couple of inches off the dash and that will help.

Hi

There is a dust shield for teryx that I have and works very well for reducing dust, heat, and sound. They are on Ryde On tops.com Check it out I think you would like it.
