MSD tuning

Just wondering for those that know tuning on MSD really well what the maps will or would do during colder winter months here. Our temps here drop off considerably during the winter. Would the pre-programmed maps that John/Todd etc have adjust to how lean the motor runs? Just wondering if with the MSD you would start to run really lean during colder days.

Todd could you chime in here. Just wondering what role the climate will play if any? I would be talk 20-30 minus in celcius.

Technically it should do nothing but the stock ECU and air intake sensor still control that.

The MSD's map is for some mod usually and it just rides along side what the stock ECU says.

MEaning if a mod needed 10% more fuel and you had a map that gave 10% fuel then any conditions that change like temp elevation engine temp etc the map in the stock ECU take care of that.

So the simple answer is nothing to do the stock ECU does that even with MSD on there

Great thanks for the reply. That takes care of the concerns.
