low mile Brute Force 750 siezes!

I just tore down a 1200 mile BF 750 and would like some input on what i found.. -the crank was siezed tight.
-clean air filter and proper oil level
after pulling top end apart with no signs of any wear, i found both rod bearings spun and siezed to the crank.
after splitting the cases and removing the crankshaft i found the oil passage blocked with the kawasaki bond used on the case halves. this was located in the middle of the left side bushing right off the oil pump pressure line
WHY IS THIS ENGINEERED BY KAWASAKI LIKE THIS?
WHY DOESNT THE CRANK RECEIVE OIL THAT HAS FIRST FLOWED THROUGH THE SPIN ON FILTER?
IS THIS IS WHAT KAWASAKI IS CALLING DIRT OR CONTAMINATION?
any input on this would great!

The crank journal gets it first, the bushing bearing side.
