Hey Brett, If your problem is in fact an ignition related one the two most common are coil and cdi, a bad stator is possible but ruling out the first two is where I would start. I don't know what you've already checked so forgive me if I insult your intelligence, the fact that it won't start steers me away from a coil problem both would have to fail at the same time or you would have a miss rather than a no start. Did you recently change plugs? Gap? Are the spark plug boots on correctly? Are the coils and cdi free of loose connections? There are ways of bench testing a cdi box with a meter but I've never done it, I have replaced 2 in the past just because my troubleshooting led to it (once on a kids quad and another on a motorcycle). Also keep in mind these carbs are deceiving! You may see fuel coming from the needles but if any vacuum lines are plugged or disconnected, or a pinhole in one of the diagrams they will be very fiesty! Bit again you would have to have issues with both carbs. The spark you see when you pull the plug and ground it against the head your not gonna see a huge spark doesn't take much so keep an open mind that you could have a fuel delivery problem instead/as well.
