Change in HW Teryx Carb Kit!!

We now want you to put the clips on the needle in the second groove. We had a lean spot right off idle and I wanted to make sure this worked or if we needed a larger pilot jet but the clip fixed it without hurting the air/fuel ratio any where else.

This should fix any missing you have at low rpm.

Todd, have you seen any mid throttle miss yet? I have your kit and my clips are on the first slot. I will move them to the second slot. My teryx doesnt miss too much at idle mainly when I start accelerating into midrange.

Thanks

Todd,

Would this apply for guys at higher elevations (5500 feet) also?

Thanks,

This applies to all elevations, it was pretty lean.

This was not a miss at idle but between 1/8 and 1/4 throttle.

As a general rule we don't have a issue at mid throttle, this maybe something you have to tune out for your application.

The air/fuel ratio gauge would tell the tale!!

Those two washers....above the clip or below?

Fuel mixture screw still 2 full turns out?

I have this problem....and I've helped the issue with 1/8 turn in on the fuel mixture screw.
