muzzy performance?

Has anybody compared a stock 09 teryx to one with muzzy ex, msd, and clutch? I was wondering what the dyno # looked like.

I never wrote anything about but if I remember correctly we went from 29 to 36 peak with this but the real difference was higher in the RPM

I can tell you without the MSD 0-50 mph times were 12 sec and dropped to 8 sec after Muzzy install.

If you do the MSD, Muzzy, OD cover with stock tires it should run around 67mph, ours does.

I got the above said setup (Thanks HunterWorks). Did a run today, no spark arrester and no quite cores. 60'ish on the odometer, and 55'ish on the GPS. I have noticed the odometer is off. Reads high.

This run was done with just me in the car (about 240lbs) on a dirt trail/road, not perfectly flat or smooth. Probably could have gotten a few more MPH's but not much more I don't think.

Without the quite cores it was LOUD!!!!!! I have an intercom and it was still really loud. I put the S/A and Q/Cís back in and will see how it tops out then.

I all ready know it is way quieter with them in. I took them out to see the difference. No way would/could/should I run the car without both installed.

You should not see any loss in performance with the Quiet cores in place.

Actually even with whisper cores you we didn't see much of a loss on a stock motor.

We will still have to do a clutch kit with the engine kit though

As long as I get my bi-state 100% discount we can put everything Hunter Works sells if it will make that teryx run faster, if we get it running too fast I will pay full price for a parachute to stop it
